Meet Our Board: Ann Milton
Ann Milton is a farmer from our board, representing the West Coastal Plains. She works on promoting member recruitment, by encouraging her peer farmers to join GFMA. When she is not working with the Association, she runs her farm, Healthy Living Farms in Albany, holds an on-farm Farmers Markets, and provides a CSA to her community. She grows broccoli, cabbage, eggplants, spinach, snap beans, okra, peas, southern peppers, bell squash, summer potatoes, zucchini, collards, and kale- just to name a few! Make sure you join us at the Farmers Mixer on Friday after the Georgia Organics Conference, you can meet Ann and her fellow farmer peers! The mixer is at Wicked Hen Restaurant in Columbus, GA at 7 pm, and GFMA is bringing a Sweetwater IPA Keg to share!
